This is Sailor Moon's (older) Rini who is writing a letter/talking to the sky to Jack Frost.
I do NOT own Sailor Moon or Rise of the Guardians.
In case some cannot read script, it says:
Dear Jack Frost,
I haven't seen you in so long. Last time I saw you, it was when I was younger, on Christmas. It's been a few years, but I haven't forgotten you. I never will. You're my best friend, Jack. I don't know where you have been, but I hope you're okay. You're probably busy with guardian stuff, but hey! Find some time for me, will ya'? You will always be in my heart, just like I know I'm in yours. I love you, Jack Frost. Until next time.

I am friend of wintermoon95 from the group on Facebook. I told her I will help her with stand up for her friend on here. Please leave makorralove12 alone! She is good person and her artcraft or hobby is beautiful art! She is fan of English version of sailor moon. She like English names so she decide use it, let her be because it's her stuff and she have freedom for use English name instead of Japanese names. Doesn't matter if names are English or Japanese because no difference because it's same characters from sailor moon. Only different is spell names are different in different languages. If you have nothing to say nice things in comments don't bother leave nasty comments here because you are haters and not true fan of sailor moon. We all know that sailor moon and her friends don't want to see their fans fight over small and silly things. So, please be nice each other and become friends! That's what sailor moon and her friends want from their fans! Please remember good lessons from sailor moon!
